About

Meet Tino, my treasured equine companion. This handsome black Hanoverian gelding was acquired from my trainer and has added immeasurable joy to my life. Tino is a true character, always finding ways to make everyone laugh or catch me off guard with his playful antics. Despite his mischievous nature, my love for him knows no bounds. 🤟🏼this🐎!

As an equestrian enthusiast, I have been riding and competing on the west coast since the late 1970s and 80s. My passion for horses led me to work in the equine hoof care product industry for over two decades alongside horse and hoof care professionals. Recently, I decided to relive my love for the sport and get back in the show ring for one more round of fun. FullCheek Blog documents my journey as an “Over-The-Hill Ammy” equestrian, sharing my experiences and insights with fellow horse lovers. Follow along to join me on this exciting adventure! 👵🏇
